Trail Rules
  1. All riders must hold a season or daily pass, issued by C.E.R.E.C., to be permitted on the trails.
  2. Riders under the age of 18 must wear helmets and heeled footwear.
  3. No dogs (Ramsayville trails only), bicycles or motorized vehicles are allowed.
  4. Saddles must be used, bareback riding is prohibited.
  5. Riders must stay on the trail, deviation from the designated path will be considered trespassing.
  6. Removal of plant and/or animal life is prohibited
  7. Horses are not allowed within three (3) metres of water sources located along the trail (Ramsayville trails only).
  8. Riders must maintain proper control of their horses at all times; speed should be restricted to safe levels appropriate to other equestrians and the condition of the trails.
  9. Camping is not permitted.
  10. Riders opening gates are responsible for closing them.
  11. Horses that kick must be marked with a red ribbon tied to the tail; stallions must be marked with a yellow ribbon.
  12. The trails will be open weather permitting and reopened only when determined safe for horse and rider and the surface conditions are firm enough to bear use without unacceptable damage (Larose trails will remain open from April 1 – October 31).
  13. Unruly, abusive, or bad behavior on the part of a horse or rider will lead to revocation of membership and/or day pass use of the trails.
  14. The use of wagons, carts and buggies is not permitted on the site.
  15. There will be no racing or jumping on the trails.
  16. Any horse or pony showing any signs of contagious or infectious disease is not allowed on the trails and the owner and/or rider will remove them from the grounds.

Parking Lot Rules
  1. The interior gate into the trailhead must be kept closed at all times (Ramsayville trails only).
  2. Riders are responsible for leaving the parking lot clean. Please put all hay, manure and garbage back in your trailer.
  3. All horses must be tied or hand held at all times and attended to by a responsible person.
